- Proven track record of generating qualified leads through digital and offline marketing strategies
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Data-driven mindset and strong command of marketing analytics and reporting
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluency in German
- Strong English skills
- Comfort operating in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and dotted-line reporting structures
- High self-motivation and proactivity
- Ability to work independently
- Alignment with group-wide strategies

- Design and execute high-impact inbound and outbound campaigns
- Drive lead generation and nurture the sales funnel
- Develop and localize Phoenix Testlab’s Go-To-Market approach
- Align GTM approach with Group’s Market Access strategy
- Leverage SEO and AEO strategies
- Execute email marketing campaigns
- Manage webinars and digital advertising
- Develop gated content
- Provide event support
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and team
- Integrate marketing campaigns with sales enablement
- Use data and KPIs to track marketing performance
- Optimize marketing performance
- Improve ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Maintain and optimize lead workflows using HubSpot
- Ensure seamless lead tracking and handover to Sales
- Align marketing activity with NMi Group’s global brand standards
- Adapt content for the DACH market
- Collaborate with the DE-based Sales and Marketing team
- Ensure coordinated delivery across physical and digital channels
- Collaborate with Group Marketing Service Centre
- Develop reusable marketing assets
- Create campaign templates and scalable frameworks
- Drive efficiency and consistency across markets
