- •Run strategic campaigns for retention and expansion
- •Analyze usage patterns to identify risks and opportunities
- •Establish meaningful touchpoints throughout the customer journey
- •Partner with Sales for efficient land-and-expand efforts
- •Document successful processes and prepare for team scaling
