Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• •Minimum 5 years professional experience in SC
• •Understanding of E2E SC and expert Planning knowledge
• •Success leading projects and project management certification
• •High computer literacy in MS Office, SAP, and Kinaxis
• •Fluency in English and advantageous German skills
• •Design thinking, innovation methodologies, and change management expertise
• •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• •Ability to challenge processes and introduce innovation
• •Willingness to travel up to 10%
• •Ability to learn quickly and creative thinking

Aufgaben

• •Serve as the Kinaxis planning systems key user
• •Manage plasma, production, packaging, and replenishment planning
• •Orchestrate global supply chain community meetings
• •Facilitate knowledge exchange and innovation discussions
• •Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve process inefficiencies
• •Lead impactful change initiatives as project manager
• •Define and analyze performance-monitoring KPIs
• •Implement new technologies and automation solutions
• •Act as a change agent to challenge the status quo
