- Understanding of E2E SC and expert Planning knowledge
- Success leading projects and project management certification
- High computer literacy in MS Office, SAP, and Kinaxis
- Fluency in English and advantageous German skills
- Design thinking, innovation methodologies, and change management expertise
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to challenge processes and introduce innovation
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Ability to learn quickly and creative thinking
Aufgaben
- Serve as the Kinaxis planning systems key user
- Manage plasma, production, packaging, and replenishment planning
- Orchestrate global supply chain community meetings
- Facilitate knowledge exchange and innovation discussions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve process inefficiencies
- Lead impactful change initiatives as project manager
- Define and analyze performance-monitoring KPIs
- Implement new technologies and automation solutions
- Act as a change agent to challenge the status quo
