Aufgaben

• •Own the product direction for routing and dispatch optimization
• •Lead and develop four Product Managers across specialized domains
• •Balance trade-offs between delivery speed, cost, and reliability
• •Guide the safe rollout of new routing capabilities across markets
• •Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations partners
• •Act as the primary product contact for senior stakeholders
• •Communicate progress and risks to Director and VP-level leadership
• •Foster team alignment while ensuring individual PM autonomy
