Anforderungen

• •3–5 years of professional experience in product management or business development
• •Technical or commercial experience in the commercial refrigeration sector or related fields
• •Proven track record in business development, sales strategy, or commercial leadership roles
• •Experience in team management or coordinating projects and activities
• •Strong communication, mediation, and listening skills
• •Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• •Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels
• •Collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams
• •Business fluency in English (C1) and ideally German (B2)
• •Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• •Willingness to travel internationally on short notice
