- Knowledge of project management methods (PEP or agile)
- Experience in project implementation
- First leading experience
- Clear communication with different stakeholders
- Self-confidence and result-orientation
- Awareness of responsibility and reliability
- Structured, analytical, and business-oriented work approach
- Active support of finance and controlling transformation
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to learn German
Aufgaben
- Lead technical controlling for Bosch Home Comfort Group
- Oversee S/4 system landscape for FI and CO modules
- Develop S/4 system landscape in alignment with stakeholders
- Manage system change to SAP S/4 in FI and CO
- Roll out SAP S/4 in legal entities
- Collaborate with Robert Bosch central and HC-Business digital office
- Implement business concepts in system landscape
- Drive digital transformation of HC
- Act as FI/CO consultant for on-time S/4 go live
