- Ensure capacity, efficiency, and operational readiness
- Act as overall engineering lead for development
- Define standard equipment requirements
- Review and challenge investment plans
- Capture and document critical knowledge for MSAT transfer
- Align site structures and staffing
- Ensure global capacity planning timelines
- Drive technical standardization across production lines
- Monitor emerging engineering methodologies and technologies
- Drive process improvements for the new plant
- Strengthen collaboration across engineering groups
- Define engineering standardization levels and priorities
- Identify best practices with Head of Engineer and sites
- Establish standard project requirements
- Develop a rollout roadmap for standardization
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations
- Provide technical leadership for development teams
- Provide technical leadership for production teams
- Mentor and support junior engineers
- Oversee the functional budget
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and financial control
