Anforderungen
- ACA or CA qualified accountant
- Hands-on experience implementing consolidation systems such as Lucanet and working with ERP systems such as SAP/S4 HANA
- Comfortable working in a scale-up, fast-paced, international environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
- Fluency in German and working proficiency in English
Aufgaben
- Drive group consolidations across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting from local GAAP to IFRS
- Lead the roll-out and adoption of a consolidation tool
- Enhance efficiency and data integrity in reporting
- Coordinate with external advisors on group transfer pricing
- Ensure alignment across reporting and compliance requirements
- Implement and maintain robust finance processes for international operations
- Partner with internal senior stakeholders on ad hoc initiatives
- Provide financial insight and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve controls
