- Experience in Controlling, FP&A, financial analysis, external audit, or management consulting
- Strong understanding of financial statements and planning processes
- Good IFRS knowledge
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Experience with LucaNet or Power BI is a plus
- Analytical, hands-on, and detail-oriented
- Strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in English
- German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Assist in preparing IFRS financial statements
- Perform detailed cost analysis of central Group functions
- Act as a business partner to cost center owners
- Provide financial transparency and insights
- Prepare management reports on Group financial performance
- Conduct variance analysis and key performance indicator reporting
- Contribute to Group budget and forecast preparation
- Cover P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Support special projects
- Provide ad-hoc financial analyses
