Aufgaben
- Advise leadership with data-driven strategic insights
- Monitor and report regional payroll costs
- Ensure budget and forecast alignment
- Explain payroll variances to cross-functional teams
- Model payroll projections for budgeting cycles
- Track FTE development and labor KPIs
- Identify and communicate labor cost drivers
- Support hiring and cost optimization decisions
- Maintain compliance with internal financial controls
- Manage payroll dashboards in Excel or Power BI
- Lead financial projects as a payroll expert
- Automate and standardize HR and Finance systems
