Aufgaben
- Review and validate subsidiary reporting packages
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with group policies
- Execute monthly/quarterly consolidation procedures
- Perform intercompany eliminations and adjustments
- Prepare quarterly group-level analytical commentaries
- Prepare IFRS-compliant disclosures and notes
- Review iXBRL tagging against taxonomy frameworks
- Compile documentation for external auditors
- Provide explanations on consolidation and reporting
- Perform and document SOX 404 internal controls
- Assess IFRS implications of business transactions
- Draft technical accounting memos
- Manage dedicated technical accounting areas
- Contribute to the Group Accounting Manual
- Support consolidation system enhancements
- Assist with finance digitalization projects
- Help adopt new accounting standards
