- Collect governance, risk, and project performance data
- Validate and reconcile data across multiple systems
- Report data to project teams and senior leaders
- Build intelligent dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Maintain dashboards and reports for risk tracking
- Review existing risk and governance processes
- Document workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Brainstorm improvements for standardized digital solutions
- Improve and maintain governance artifacts
- Update governance templates and training materials
- Maintain the SharePoint website aligned with procedures
- Participate in GRO initiatives and reviews
- Contribute to workshops and continuous improvement efforts
- Simplify risk management processes
- Create value from opportunity identification
- Support project closeout activities
