- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build lasting relationships
- Customer first mentality and problem-solving
- Clear thinking and problem-solving in complex situations
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and balance priorities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Results-oriented, self-starter abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Fluent German
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English

- Understand lead flow and qualification processes
- Process and create leads efficiently
- Create quotes and manage opportunities
- Support sales volume and strategic objectives
- Manage channel partner/customer relationships
- Sell through channel partner organizations
- Coordinate with product business units
- Coordinate involvement of VIAVI personnel
- Collaborate with marketing on sales programs
- Provide expertise and training to partners/customers
- Develop named account contacts and intelligence
- Develop partner contacts and intelligence
- Establish productive relationships with contacts
- Assess and clarify partner/customer needs
