- Experience with Fatigue-Life-Post-Processing: FEMFAT, Ncode Design Life
- Experience with 3D-CAD: Dassault CATIA V5
- Interest in developing new simulation and optimization methods
- Ability to implement methods with FEA and optimization tools
- Recent graduate or less than two years experience
- At least one internship or co-op in engineering
- Recognizable leadership potential
- Good professional judgment
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for function and industry
- Very good English skills
- Good German language skills
- Motivation to further develop language skills
Aufgaben
- Build core professional skills and competencies in Engineering
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
- Participate in exchange and networking opportunities with the Program Team, Leadership, and SLP peers
- Receive support for placement into potential follow-on roles
- Drive the development of new simulation and optimization methods
- Execute new simulation and optimization methods using FEA software and parameter optimization tools
- Gain broad experience through rotations across assignments, projects, and teams
- Become familiar with how the business operates
- Contribute to the success of various sites through project assignments
