- Experience in international or group environment, ideally with close interaction between local entities and headquarters
- Comfortable taking ownership of local topics and driving implementation
- Highly structured, reliable, and proactive manner with strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies effectively
- Clear, confident, and professional communication, including with senior stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pragmatism
- Fluent English skills (mandatory)
- German language skills preferred
Aufgaben
- Steer and coordinate governance, legal, compliance, and data protection topics
- Ensure effective local execution of Group requirements
- Drive implementation and adherence to group-wide policies and processes
- Align with Group functions in Germany on requirements and priorities
- Coordinate and steer local board and committee processes
- Ensure proper governance, documentation, and decision-making procedures
- Serve as central coordination point for local stakeholders
- Ensure topics are properly aligned, escalated, and resolved
- Coordinate external advisors as needed
- Monitor relevant regulatory developments
- Identify, escalate, and implement local implications of regulatory changes
- Provide clear and transparent reporting to Group functions
- Report on risks, governance topics, and implementation progress
