- •Healthcare experience in diabetes, neurological or orthopedic indications, post-surgical care, or rehabilitation
- •Fluency in spoken and written English

- •Support the Head of Go-To-Market to achieve departmental targets
- •Develop and implement international market entry strategies for product launches
- •Create the global sales and marketing plan
- •Lead international product launch teams for new and acquired products
- •Coordinate collaboration among internal stakeholders for Go-To-Market strategy
- •Monitor and report on launch performance and target achievements
- •Collaborate with Clinical Research & Services and sales subsidiaries on market access planning
- •Collect market feedback to identify potential opportunities
- •Align with sales subsidiaries on sales development and problem-solving
- •Promote experience exchange between sales subsidiaries on best practices
