Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's student in marketing, communications, media, business, or related field
- At least one internship at a startup or scale-up
- Demonstrable content creation experience
- Native-level German
- Working English proficiency
- Enjoyment of talking to people
- Availability for 6 months at ~40 hours/week
- Berlin-based or relocating
- Short-form video editing chops (CapCut, Reels-native)
- Basic SEO understanding
- Own audience on IG/LinkedIn
Aufgaben
- Work at the intersection of Marketing and Sales
- Improve current processes with direct revenue impact
- Support Smalt in building the perfect partner experience
- Answer warm inbound calls from end-customers
- Qualify leads for PV, Wärmepumpen, and renovations
- Hand clean leads to the right partners
- Keep the CRM clean by logging calls and capturing next steps
- Identify and report common objections and lead sources
- Feed insights back into Growth, Product, and Operations
- Manage Smalt's social media presence on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Set and execute the content strategy for social media
- Produce end-to-end content: concept, shoot, edit, write, schedule, post
- Write and optimize SEO blog posts
- Monitor AI's impact on search and adjust SEO strategies
- Reach out to partner candidates and topic experts for seminars
