- •7–10 years of relevant experience in FMCG food or lifestyle brands
- •Strong track record in marketing and sales roles
- •Generalist profile with a commercial mindset
- •Experience with international markets such as AT, CH, Benelux, Italy, or the UK
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Ownership and execution skills
- •Structured, analytical, and hands-on work style
- •Comfort in a dynamic, growth-driven environment
- •Willingness to travel extensively, around 60% to HH/HQ and international markets
- •Fluency in German and English
