- Degree in life sciences or vocational training in pharmaceutical/chemical field
- 3+ years relevant professional experience in regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP)
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical QC/analytical development
- Strong customer orientation and clear communication
- Very good IT literacy and Office skills
- LIMS experience is a plus
- Demonstrated project management capability
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA) is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and prioritization
- Problem-solving in dynamic settings
- High sense of responsibility
- Reliability and team spirit
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end Pharma Analytics projects
- Manage project planning and timelines
- Track project milestones and manage purchase orders
- Report project status to stakeholders
- Review and approve technical documents
- Ensure GMP compliance in analytical work
- Contribute to audit readiness and continuous improvement
- Configure projects in LIMS
- Support data integrity best practices
- Coordinate with internal labs, clients, and external partners
- Support new project acquisition
- Author and maintain SOPs and GMP documentation
- Support client, GMP, and regulatory audits
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Increase site efficiency, quality, and throughput
