Anforderungen

• Degree in life sciences or vocational training with 3+ years experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical QC or analytical development
• Strong customer orientation and confident communication
• Very good IT literacy and Office skills
• Demonstrated project management capability
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• High responsibility, reliability, and team spirit
• Very good German and good English

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end Pharma Analytics projects
• Manage analytical development and method validation
• Oversee dissolution, chromatography, and particle testing
• Coordinate stability storage and subcontracted services
• Define project plans and track milestones
• Manage purchase orders and project risks
• Report project status to stakeholders
• Review and approve technical documents and results
• Ensure GMP compliance for analytical work
• Contribute to audit readiness and continuous improvement
• Map and configure projects within LIMS
• Support data integrity best practices
• Coordinate interfaces between labs, clients, and partners
• Support the acquisition of new projects
• Author and maintain SOPs and GMP documentation
• Assist with client and regulatory audits
• Implement improvements to increase site efficiency
