In this role, you will be the go-to expert for export and import classification, ensuring compliance and supporting a network of classifiers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve evaluating classifications, enhancing decision-making tools, and collaborating with teams across regions.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of prior relevant experience or advanced degree in a related field and minimum 4 years of experience or 11 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree
• •Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• •Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• •Adequate computer skills to use internal Collins Aerospace systems
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Aufgaben

• •Serve as the regional subject matter expert on export and import classification
• •Utilize Collins Aerospace procedures and tools for classification determinations
• •Provide oversight and support for the regional classifier focal network
• •Evaluate classification determinations using performance metrics and provide feedback
• •Support the classification verification and escalation process for complex cases
• •Develop regional standard work for extra territorial controls
• •Enhance regional classification decision trees and onboard new classifier focals onto xClass
• •Collaborate with regional and global GT teams and participate in GT meetings
