  • •Lead organizational design and workforce optimization
  • •Manage succession planning and development opportunities
  • •Oversee change management strategies and resources
  • •Foster company culture and the Puig values
  • •Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
  • •Resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance
  • •Optimize bi-annual performance review processes
  • •Mentor department leads and business units
  • •Collaborate with talent acquisition to retain top talent
  • •Represent Travel Retail in corporate HR meetings
  • •Lead global HR projects and initiatives
