- Budget planning and persuasive proposal presentation skills
- Effective collaboration with cross-organizational teams, multi-cultural projects, and partners
- Fluent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Define and execute a global SAM strategy and roadmap
- Develop a strategic and operational SAM organization and capabilities
- Define and execute a forward-looking tool and technology strategy
- Drive and enhance SAM governance using industry best practices and KPIs
- Lead internal and external audit initiatives
- Implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions
- Build and evolve an agile SAM function for changing licensing models
- Deliver impactful reporting and dashboards for executives and stakeholders
- Establish a single source of truth for software entitlements, usage, contracts, and lifecycle data
- Advise leadership on licensing strategies, risk exposure, and investment decisions
- Define and govern end-to-end software asset lifecycle management processes
- Foster collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and software vendors
- Proactively manage risk, security, and compliance
- Minimize audit exposure and avoid unplanned costs
- Identify and realize cost optimization opportunities
- Manage software rationalization, re-harvesting, chargebacks, and cost avoidance
