Aufgaben
- Set global marketing strategy for the Tumour Ablation portfolio
- Create and execute marketing programs
- Create and execute strategic growth initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Sales Training, Medical Education, Operations, Clinical, and Health Economics teams
- Lead ablation marketing as a subject matter expert
- Serve as the central point of contact for Medtronic OUS
- Develop annual global marketing plans
- Disseminate key messaging, claims, and evidence
- Formulate competitive strategies
- Implement promotional tactics
- Execute marketing campaigns
- Optimize marketing channel utilization
- Analyze marketing metrics
- Collaborate with US Commercial Marketing partners
- Drive key messaging across digital, social, and academic society channels
- Create new global assets
- Manage existing global assets
- Plan global asset utilization
- Build strong relationships with KOLs, customers, and the Sales team
- Attend medical society meetings and Medtronic medical education events
- Partner with regions on product demand
- Leverage market analysis and business strategy for product demand
- Oversee global new product introductions and legacy product phase-outs
