- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or comparable professional/practical experience
- Experience in financial services or related area; transferable experience from other industries welcome
- Familiarity with derivatives markets (OTC, listed derivatives, repo) is beneficial; CCP clearing experience not required
- Experience supporting or contributing to projects in professional or academic environment
- Familiarity with MS Office and data/visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Qlik) is helpful; CRM systems (Salesforce) experience is a plus; willingness to learn valued
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and structured, with openness to different communication styles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues across diverse roles, backgrounds, and locations
- English skills sufficient for professional communication; additional languages welcome but not required
Aufgaben
- Support global sales campaigns and projects
- Contribute to internal and organizational projects
- Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Facilitate communication between regional sales and internal departments
- Collect and review market and client insights
- Provide technical and commercial support to regional sales
- Develop and maintain financial and operational frameworks
- Support performance tracking and risk identification
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and dashboards
