- Global or multi-region exposure
- Strong conceptual thinking and framework building
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity
- Designing and delivering selling-skills programs
- Connecting programs to manager coaching
- Comfortable operating in a matrix organization
- Influencing senior stakeholders without authority
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong coaching skills
- Engaging audiences across cultures and seniority
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- Hands-on Salesforce experience
- Hands-on modern enablement tooling experience
- Working knowledge of Seismic
- Working knowledge of Vinton
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- Analytical, data-driven mindset
- Tie enablement to commercial outcomes
- Prior front-line sales experience is a plus
- Prior Client Success experience is a plus
- Management consulting background is a plus
- Comparable structured problem-solving experience is a plus

- Drive global enablement topics
- Ensure 300+ commercial professionals enhance skills
- Define and build enablement programs
- Run programs through activation gates
- Evolve programs based on data and feedback
- Design structured learning programs
- Set clear learning objectives
- Segment program audiences
- Create activation plans
- Establish success metrics
- Partner with Global Enablement Managers
- Collaborate with Sales Operations
- Work with L&D and Product Marketing
- Align with Profit Center leadership
- Adapt programs for GSAA in German
- Tailor materials for German-speaking teams
- Conduct live sessions in German
- Coach German-speaking teams
- Review calls with German-speaking teams
- Provide deal coaching
- Practice skills with reps and managers
- Measure program impact
- Report on ramp time
- Track win rate
- Monitor deal velocity
- Assess content usage
- Evaluate revenue influence
- Ensure programs meet business outcomes
