Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Public Health
- Several years of sales experience, preferably within Ottobock organization
- Strong understanding of healthcare markets, customer decision processes and daily sales challenges
- Experience or strong interest in training, coaching or sales enablement
- Strategic mindset with hands-on, pragmatic approach
- Motivation to build structures, concepts, and programs from scratch
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex topics
- High level of ownership, initiative and international openness
- Comfortable interacting on top management level
- Willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Design and scale global sales enablement program
- Equip sales organization with skills, tools, and narratives
- Translate sales and marketing priorities into practical activities
- Develop and maintain global value-based sales story
- Create value-based solution selling content
- Develop evidence-based argumentation content
- Craft stakeholder-specific communication materials
- Design effective enablement formats
- Roll out blended learning and virtual trainings
- Collaborate with Global Sales, Go-to-Market, and Global Academy
- Work with Sales Excellence, Market Access, and Product Management
- Align with regional sales leaders
- Support regional implementation strategies
- Define and track enablement KPIs
- Continuously improve based on data and feedback
