Aufgaben
- Support annual compensation cycles
- Conduct market benchmarks and salary studies
- Derive data-driven recommendations
- Develop and maintain job evaluation, grading, and compensation structures
- Analyze compensation data for internal equity and external competitiveness
- Contribute to employee benefits analysis and development
- Collaborate with international People & Culture teams
- Work with external service providers and brokers
- Support renewal processes with cost analyses and strategic evaluations
- Prepare decision-ready analyses, reports, and presentations
- Analyze reward data and create pay gap and trend reports
- Ensure data quality in HRIS
- Support audits and compliance-related reporting
- Coordinate international reward-related projects
- Support implementation of new tools or systems
- Continuously improve processes
- Develop documentation, guidelines, and policies for compliance and governance
