Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- •2-6 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Strategy, or related areas
- •Exposure to industrial, electromechanical, device, or interconnect markets
- •Strong analytical and commercial skills
- •Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
- •High curiosity and willingness to learn product technology
- •Ability to travel up to 20% internationally
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Support development of the global product and technology roadmap
- •Conduct research to identify new applications and emerging requirements
- •Gather and analyze customer insights to guide product enhancements
- •Contribute to end-to-end lifecycle management of products
- •Perform portfolio assessments and SKU optimization
- •Implement cost-reduction initiatives and product rationalization
- •Monitor product performance metrics including revenue and margin
- •Develop compelling business cases for new product introductions
- •Support global NPI programs through requirements gathering and launch planning
- •Coordinate with Regional PMs and Sales on commercialization activities
- •Create training materials and collateral for product launches
- •Support global pricing strategy and margin-improvement initiatives
- •Engage with customers and distributors to provide product expertise
- •Identify unmet requirements and collect customer feedback
- •Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure product quality
