- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong project management and communication skills
- Fluency in local language and English; additional languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Own the global product strategy for O-rings and molded parts
- Lead assortment development and introduce new products
- Phase out underperforming SKUs
- Anticipate future market needs
- Define value propositions and pricing logic
- Conduct market research and analysis for competitive positioning
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Channel Managers
- Represent the product line in customer meetings
- Support sales teams with training and technical expertise
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure supply reliability
- Develop new manufacturing partnerships
- Optimize product content and article data for online channels
- Implement publication strategies for online growth
