- Define and govern global end-to-end P2P processes
- Analyze and document P2P process mapping
- Manage PO creation and approval workflows
- Oversee invoice handling and matching processes
- Design and harmonize global process standards
- Establish booking logic and vendor master governance
- Define and implement escalation rules
- Reduce local process variants to enable automation
- Improve scalability of the SSC setup
- Define and monitor global P2P KPIs
- Drive performance improvements for PO and touchless rates
- Optimize First-Time-Right and GR/IR performance
- Support digitalization initiatives and tool deployments
- Collaborate with IT on technical implementations
- Provide training and guidelines to legal entities
- Lead a global P2P Community of Practice
