- Several years domain-specific work experience (Legal Operations, Process Manager, IT Product Owner, Business Consultant)
- Experience with enterprise CLM solutions management (advantageous)
- Intercultural and stakeholder management skills, conflict and change management competence
- Strong analytical skills, quick solution finding, hands-on implementation attitude
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management processes
- Ensure digital contracting processes are compliant, efficient, and scalable
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of CLM processes
- Govern, design, deploy, measure, and innovate global contracting processes
- Collaborate with Legal, Sourcing, Medicine, and IT stakeholders
- Coordinate creation and implementation of new processes and adjustments
- Integrate applications and processes into existing landscapes
- Work with global Process and Key User community to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate improvement opportunities into measurable process enhancements
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of global processes
- Ensure adherence to global compliance guidelines
- Manage international and interdisciplinary CLM projects
- Integrate CLM with other relevant systems
- Develop data and dashboarding solutions
- Conduct tech scouting for CLM ecosystem
