- Develop and grow Engineered Solutions business beyond traditional PWR fleet
- Shape market strategy for non-OEM fleets, advanced reactors, and fusion markets
- Build and manage a portfolio of technology-agnostic products
- Translate market needs into scalable offerings and value propositions
- Align with company policies and strategic priorities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for non-OEM fleets and advanced reactors
- Maintain Westinghouse OEM Nordic BWR Engineered Solutions portfolio
- Adapt existing PWR offerings for new markets
- Define and own product roadmaps and business cases
- Drive new product introduction from concept to deployment
- Support sales and tendering with competitive positioning and value messaging
- Partner with engineering and supply chain teams to develop viable solutions
- Contribute to Westinghouse positioning in advanced reactor markets
- Prioritize investments and support strategic planning
- Drive innovation and collaboration for new business opportunities
