- Collaborate with global suppliers and internal stakeholders on equipment standards
- Provide expert guidance on equipment selection, upgrades, and relocations
- Maintain production standards, quality inspection cards, and user manuals
- Create training materials and certification documentation
- Lead insulation-related investment projects and technology transfers
