  • •Guide competency development and training for maintenance leaders
  • •Create SAP procedures and track utilization KPIs
  • •Develop maintenance strategies for critical assets
  • •Facilitate global replication of best-in-class maintenance practices
  • •Prepare and launch maintenance setups for new plants
  • •Enhance asset reliability and reduce operational costs
  • •Align maintenance strategies with cross-functional departments
  • •Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies
