- Conduct plant assessments and support improvement plans
- Advise on maintainability and spare parts standardization
- Apply DAMP standards with on-site engineering support
- Guide competency development and training for maintenance leaders
- Create SAP procedures and track utilization KPIs
- Develop maintenance strategies for critical assets
- Facilitate global replication of best-in-class maintenance practices
- Prepare and launch maintenance setups for new plants
- Enhance asset reliability and reduce operational costs
- Align maintenance strategies with cross-functional departments
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies
