- Support Medicine functions and R/OPUs in learning processes
- Evaluate and assign GxP-relevant documents globally
- Define training needs based on roles
- Manage curricula creation and annual reviews
- Design learning pathways using adult learning principles
- Develop user-friendly learning experiences
- Provide technical expertise and system troubleshooting
- Gather data and report on non-compliances
- Conduct quarterly Quality Management reporting
