- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline
- Several years of experience in quality management
- Proven leadership experience in global or multi-site organizations
- Experience managing complex quality incidents, customer complaints, and supplier quality topics
- Deep expertise in quality methodologies and tools (PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis, 8D)
- Track record developing and implementing quality strategies, KPI systems, and continuous improvement
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills in English and German
