- Develop global trade compliance strategies for the RLT platform
- Design and maintain international customs policies and standards
- Lead global trade compliance programs and internal audits
- Oversee trade sanctions and product classification guidelines
- Manage the customs and trade Center of Excellence
- Track regional KPIs to identify and mitigate risks
- Enhance import and export control systems and documentation
- Manage government inquiries and investigations as a key contact
- Partner cross-functionally to embed compliant trade processes
- Ensure adherence to GMP and internal quality requirements
- Identify and implement network-wide duty saving opportunities
- Train and monitor the regional and local compliance community
