- Define and maintain governance standards for commercial data domains
- Ensure alignment with global data governance principles
- Document governance rules and stewardship responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end processes for managing commercial master data
- Identify gaps in existing processes and propose improvements
- Ensure compliance with business processes and governance standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business rules
- Translate business rules into actionable requirements for systems
- Support implementation of automated controls for governance
- Define and monitor data quality KPIs for master data
- Initiate corrective actions for data quality issues
- Support data cleansing and migration activities
- Maintain governance documentation and provide audit support
- Act as a business partner for commercial data governance
- Serve as the primary contact for master data-related issues
- Liaise with IT teams to implement governance requirements
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Work with IT teams to implement governance features in systems
- Use tools like JIRA and Confluence for documentation
- Collaborate across all components of the commercial ecosystem
