- Review contracts from legal and commercial perspectives
- Identify potential contract risks
- Coordinate follow-up actions with relevant departments
- Contribute to developing governance, compliance, and risk management structures
- Improve contract retention, documentation, and monitoring processes
- Establish and enhance global contract management standards, policies, and best practices
- Provide guidance on contract management and compliance to business departments
