Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• •Passion for learning and skill acquisition
• •Excellent command of oral and written English
• •Strong communication and organizational skills
• •Experience and certification in Agile frameworks
• •Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new tools
• •Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or editing software
• •German as an additional language

Aufgaben

• •Assist in designing and organizing training sessions and workshops
• •Collaborate with teams to identify learning needs and align with business objectives
• •Help organize events and promote internal communication for cross-brand projects
• •Support data generation and analysis from the Global dashboard
• •Contribute to the development of training materials and best practices
• •Engage in project management tasks and internal promotions
• •Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions to understand the commercial landscape
• •Network with professionals across departments to learn about their roles
• •Work closely with a mentor to build strengths and develop skills
