Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in environmental science, Engineering, Sustainability, Circular Economy or related field or MBA in circular business models
- Significant experience in environmental sustainability, circular economy, industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of circular economy principles, material flows, product life cycle thinking
- Experience leading global or cross-functional projects in multinational organisation
- Knowledge of sustainable product design, recycled materials, resource efficiency or waste management programmes
- Understanding of sustainability reporting, disclosure frameworks, evolving circular economy regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Ability to influence without formal authority in global matrix organization
- Fluency in English
- Collaborative and pragmatic sustainability professional combining technical knowledge with stakeholder engagement skills
- Enjoyment of turning ambitious sustainability goals into practical actions
- Working with diverse teams to deliver measurable environmental and business outcomes
- Curiosity, proactivity, and motivation for creating innovative solutions for sustainable energy future
Aufgaben
- Drive development and implementation of circular economy initiatives
- Translate sustainability strategy into practical solutions
- Serve as global focal point and technical expert for circular economy
- Lead implementation and improvement of Global Circularity Protocol
- Define circularity methodologies, KPIs, and reporting
- Develop and deploy Low-Carbon and Circular Materials Framework
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Product Portfolio, Engineering, and Business Units
- Embed circular economy principles into products, services, and operations
- Advance circular product and service strategies
- Support eco-design, life extension, refurbishment, remanufacturing, and recycling
- Develop tools, standards, and best practices for circular economy
- Monitor market trends, customer expectations, and regulatory developments
- Identify business value opportunities through circular business models
- Support Marketing & Sales in translating circularity into customer value
- Conduct environmental due diligence activities
- Assess environmental risks, impacts, and regulatory obligations
- Prepare sustainability disclosures and reporting
