Aufgaben
- Lead the development and execution of CHESS strategy for oil, energy, and infrastructure
- Monitor performance and ensure risk assurance for portfolio-level CHESS programs
- Oversee owned operations to ensure operational rigor and corporate standards
- Manage JV operations with shared accountability for CHESS outcomes
- Escalate critical risks, major events, and performance deviations to governance structures
- Promote continuous improvement by sharing incident findings and best practices
- Align with group-level CHESS frameworks and compliance obligations
- Design and govern occupational health and process safety standards
- Champion process safety management programs and barrier management
- Develop and monitor OH and process safety KPIs and risk-based assurance activities
- Build organizational capability through training and functional leadership
- Support strategic planning and embed risk-informed decision-making
- Provide oversight for internal and third-party CHESS audits and compliance assessments
- Ensure management systems align with international standards
- Act as a trusted advisor to Portfolio Managers and senior leaders
- Drive strategic CHESS engagement in JV settings and support governance
- Represent the function in corporate forums and industry working groups
