Prospecting and closing B2B SaaS deals for an AI-powered HR platform in EMEA. Fluent German and English required. 4-day work week, company car for private use.
Anforderungen
- University degree and 2-5 years of work experience in Sales (B2B SaaS) or customer-exposed role
- Fluent/native level in German and fluency in English
- Excels at understanding customer needs and decision process
- Works with customer to generate value
- AI-native, leveraging AI for customer experience and internal processes
- Passionate about future of work and continuous learning
- Desire to build exceptional team and company
- Previous experience in SaaS or HR tech (bonus)
- Previous experience in organizational development, people development, or agility & digitalization (bonus)
Aufgaben
- Prospect and engage potential clients
- Conduct platform demonstrations
- Negotiate and close deals
- Manage legal, data, and security aspects
- Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and hygiene
- Forecast sales accurately
- Nurture postponed and lost leads
- Become and sustain product and industry expertise
- Participate in extracurricular activities
