- Strong knowledge of IFUs and medical device regulatory documentation
- Advanced CAT/TMS tool experience
- Proven terminology and translation memory management expertise
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Scientific curiosity and motivation to deepen product understanding
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Aufgaben
- Lead linguistic projects for German life sciences and medical device content
- Manage final linguistic quality to meet client, regulatory, and formatting standards
- Guide external linguists on client-specific instructions, terminology, and formatting
- Perform final QA and LSO validation of high-impact deliverables
- Review Instructions for Use (IFUs) for life sciences and diagnostic products
- Quality check technical documentation for laboratory instruments and reagents
- Review safety and labeling content
- Quality check technical data sheets and product specifications
- Review clinical trial documentation (ICFs, Protocols, etc.)
- Develop and maintain terminology databases and style guides
- Run and maintain language assets such as translation memories
- Monitor outsourced translations using CAT/TMS tools
- Ensure consistency across suppliers
- Analyze linguistic quality issues
- Implement continuous improvement plans with Project Management
- Perform occasional translation tasks
- Revise content as needed
- Implement client feedback
