- •Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- •MBA
- •Willingness to roll up sleeves and adopt a 'Leave ego at the door' mentality
- •Self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in German and English
