- Develop personnel and the division strategically and continuously

- Manage the global product portfolio through integrated product management
- Implement modularization and standardization for the product portfolio
- Support the sales team in planning and customer meetings
- Support the sales team in negotiations with international customers
- Conduct customer meetings and negotiations domestically and abroad
- Analyze markets, technologies, and competitors
- Support the service division in developing and expanding the service business
