Anforderungen
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or comparable qualification
- Additional qualification as Certified Management Accountant / Certified Accountant (IHK Bilanzbuchhalter) is an advantage
- Professional experience in accounting with focus on financial statement preparation
- Sound knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), ideally with IFRS knowledge
- Independent, structured, and meticulous working style
- Motivation to take ownership and drive improvements
- Flexibility in working hours during closing periods and willingness to learn new topics
Aufgaben
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS
- Execute all closing activities timely and accurately
- Coordinate required reconciliation and support processes
- Ensure correct accounting treatment and documentation
- Advise operational departments on accounting matters
- Support controlling functions on financial reporting
- Analyze balance sheet and profit-and-loss statement positions
- Prepare financial evaluations and reports for management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with external auditors and statutory auditors
- Contribute to process development and optimization
- Handle special projects and additional tasks
