- •Ownership of end-to-end systems
- •Willingness to operate production systems
- •Production experience with TypeScript and React
- •Production experience with Python
- •Proficiency in REST API design
- •Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Postgres, Pydantic, or SQLAlchemy
- •Familiarity with compliance requirements or previous on-call experience

- •Create analytics dashboards and compliance audit trails
- •Participate in daily syncs, sprint planning, and technical deep-dives
- •Join the team support rotation during working hours
- •Collaborate with Product and Design on customer feedback loops
- •Shape the product roadmap based on technical and user insights
