- Ability to translate data into compelling insights and recommendations

- Experience improving program efficiency, scalability, and participant experience with AI
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to translate organizational values into practical leadership behaviors
- Strong ability to translate organizational principles into practical leadership behaviors
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French or German

- Develop and manage 360° Leadership Behavior Assessments
- Create and maintain Manager Enablers Playbook
- Design and pilot Newly Promoted Manager Programs
- Develop Manager Fundamentals Training
- Scale End-to-End Leadership Development Journeys
- Integrate existing tools into leadership practices
- Translate company values into practical frameworks
- Design Intercultural Awareness Programs
- Leverage coaching platforms for expanded leadership coaching
- Optimize leadership programs using data and feedback
- Manage projects from concept to organizational rollout
- Support additional Learning & Talent Management initiatives
